BEACHES AT SUNSET

SILENZIO

Silenzio is a sculpture presented by Mikayel Ohanjanyan at the
Architecture Biennale of Venice.
I helped him with the devolopment of the graphics and the creations of some parts of the sculpture itself.
On the left page the drafts for the  designs and on the right the sculpture in Venice.
After helping develop the graphics I printed and installed the graphics on the sculpture.

  Pictures from Andrea Messana

“The sculpture project is aimed to redesign an urban or architectural space where the ground and walls of the buildings are decorated graphically with a binary number pattern, creating thereby a space of strong informational impact. The sculptures of different sizes, placed in this elaborated space, are stylized heads or modern men of very pure and refined forms, which at the same time remain a bit archaic. Positioned not only vertically but also horizontally the sculptures could serve as benches for passers-by and create a space for playing. This project enables the observer to be always the major protagonist since it reveals on one side the contradictions between the immensity of contemporary means of communication and solitude and the failure of social communication in large urban areas, and on the other side becomes a space for people to interact.”
Mikayel Ohanjanyan

OCTANE VIRUS SCOOTER

For Octane I designed the brand logotype and  created the model Virus logotype.
For the Scooter Virus I created the concept and the graphics on the stickers and on the grip.

Octane Virus Pro Scooters will be sold in New Zealand’s sport and toys stores from Christmas 2012.

ANARCHY SKATEBOARDS

For the launch of a cheaper version of a skateboard for a younger kids Maverick International needed a new logo and graphics for the birth of the new brand Anachy.
I created the logotype and the graphics for the Anarchy Skateboards that will be sold in COLES Supermarkets during Christmas 2012.

GRAVEL SKATEBOARD

I created and designed the Karnage logo and all the graphics for the two Gravel Skateboards.
The Gravel Skateboards are targeting an audience of kids between 8 to 16 years old.
This two skateboards were sold in JJB Sport UK during the European summer of 2012.

Show off your skater skills with the Karnage Gravel Skateboard. Ready for anything the streets can throw at you. The Karnage Gravel Skateboard has the ideal grip and speed for your tricks. Suitable for beginners and competent skateboarders.

JJB Sport

GRAVEL SPEC SHEET

For the  launch of the Gravel  Skateboard in JJB Sport in England, Karnage needed a sheet with the specification of the skateboard.
I created the sheet from scratch except the copywriting.

MICHAEL

Michael is a school project which consists of representing a certain celebrity based on another artist style.

This illustration has been completely designed and created digitally by me.

It represents the transition that Michael Jackson had in his life.
I split his life in four stages from left to right:
childhood
success
decline
and death.

The connection between these stages is time, in this case expressed via the use of sand.

FAIRYTALE SKATEBOARDS SERIES

Fairytale is a school project, the goal of the  project was to create a series of skateboard designs with a common style. For this project I went out of my comfort zone trying a free-hand Photoshop coloring.

All the Designs and drawings for this proejct are my own.

KARNAGE ADVERTISING

After the rebranding, Karnage needed a new marketing approach, based on the revaluating of the vintage and the motto “For the Urban Mongrel”.
With some of pictures taken by me and some still from a video.
I created the concept and the graphics for two magazines ads.
These are two full page ads for the magazines Dirt and Crusty.
“Dirt Action” and “Crusty” are magazines specialised in motocross owned by Universal Magazines.
